MPC asked to narrow zoning codes on single-family homes

You haven't heard it all until your 92-year-old neighbor calls in the middle of the night to complain about the marijuana she can smell wafting from the rowdy party next door, said Sequoyah Hills homeowner Jim Bletner.

His example was only one of many at a workshop Tuesday night to consider amending local zoning codes to more narrowly define "a family."
